Welcome to the Ardtrea Cumberland Beach Public School’s website. Through this website, we hope to provide you with information about our school as another part of the communication between home and school. Ardtrea Cumberland Beach is located just north of Orillia. If you are a visitor, you may not know that we are actually two sites, with the Cumberland site housing our Kindergarten to grade three students while our Ardtrea site is the home of our grades four through eight students. Cumberland Beach is located about five kilometers north of Ardtrea.
Of course, our focus is on academics, with critical literacy skills and numeracy skills high on our list. We believe strongly in ‘Respect’ and ‘Responsibility’ and have a very involved Student Parliament. Students have many opportunities to provide leadership within the school and give back to the community. There are many opportunities for our students to pursue interests and participate, thanks to a very dedicated staff.
